Came here on vacation and they had some good food, I loved the catfish a lot. Everyone enjoyed their meals. They give you chips and salsa before your meal too, it was very good salsa. I’d definitely come here more often if I lived around here!!
Catfish portions are generous. I had three catfish plus two sides. The sides are a good size too! Only managed to eat one. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. Price is reasonable.
Thank you for being open on a Sunday! We're up from Dallas and wanted famous Catfish. Our waitress deserves a medal! ....She was so patient and sweet. My wife was in a really foul mood.(Hungry & Angry) Anyways, the food was delicious and served with a smile. I love it here!!!!
We chose this restaurant to have our 45th wedding anniversary dinner here. Why? It’s simple… after all the dinners we have shared together we prefer GOOD FOOD. It’s not fancy but it’s the best we have found for fish and my family loves the Mexican style food as well. Absolutely will be back!!!
Had a family reunion and some of us went here for an early dinner. There were 20 of us and they were able to take very good care of us. We were able to all sit together. The food was great and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back there the next time we pass through Ardmore Oklahoma.
Food tasted great and there are many more options to choose from than what I thought! Staff was very attentive and professional. Jazz music was playing while we were here and really made the visit feel calm, which was nice. Will be back for different food next time, but the catfish is highly recommended and filling!
Staff was friendly & attentive. The food was great! We have a large family & it's hard to find a place to eat where we can all get something we are happy with. Here, we could choose from Mexican food, fish, shrimp, burgers, etc. As a huge bonus, the tea was amazing! We all left with full bellies! We will definitely go back.
Their food has all been so good both times we’ve went. But… their sloppy beer is the best ever!! We will drive the three hours there just to sit and have sloppy beers again, they are that good!
I went here to get a catfish platter after going to Swadley’s and they failed. I left a review on them too. So I decided I’d call Head to the catfish corner and get my meal there because the meal at Swadley was nasty. I called in a four piece catfish meal. He told me it would be 10 minutes. I told him what side I wanted. I got there. My food was hot and ready. It cost two dollars less than Swadley. It weighed three times as heavy. The food was excellent. The coleslaw was great. The fries were not greasy. They were amazing and as usual the atmosphere was phenomenal so I went ahead and tipped him the rest of the money I would’ve gave Swadley because they deserve it. Another good platter you guys thank you.
This is a little out of the way place that has a great selection of Mexican and American food. We ordered the catfish platter and it was fantastic. The catfish is large and the hush puppies had chunks of corn in them and the okra was fried perfectly. We also ordered the cheese enchiladas with a taco and a cheese chalupa. The flavors were delicious and we were very satisfied. They also have complimentary chips and salsa. We are usually real picky about tea, but both the sweet and unsweet tea was very good. We came midday and they were still busy, which is a good sign. The service was speedy and courteous. The pricing is at a nice value level. Everyone that we have spoken to in the Ardmore area speak highly of this place. We are new to the area and we will definitely be back.
